About Dolly
Dolly A. Judge is the CEO of Judge Government Affairs & Associates, a unique government affairs consulting firm. Ms. Judge had a highly successful career representing health care companies, trade and professional medical societies with state and federal government officials.
Most recently, Ms. Judge served as Vice President, U.S. Government Affairs for Teva Pharmaceuticals, with responsibility for local, state and federal government relations for the company. At Teva, she oversaw the company’s interactions with government officials on legislative and regulatory matters and worked to ensure access to Teva’s branded, biosimilar and generic medicines. Ms. Judge joined Teva in May of 2017 and served until November of 2023 under a variety of structures within the organization. Prior to Teva, she served as the head of Government Affairs for Quest Diagnostics, the largest innovator in the clinical laboratory sector. While at Quest, she represented the company in negotiations in Congress over the reform of the Medicare Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule, a market-based overhaul of the payment system for laboratory testing.
